With all the cool games being unveiled at E3 2018, you might want to start getting your gaming PC in order in anticipation. To that end, Logitech has rolled out a new gaming keyboard called the G512 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard. That keyboard has fancy RGB lighting, an aluminum shell, and mechanical key switches.

One of the mechanical gaming switches offered in the G512 is a completely new option that Logitech has just rolled out called the GX Blue. That new switch is an option for gamers to choose right along with the Tactile and Linear switches previously available. The GX Blue switch provides audible “click” feedback during actuation providing a “snappy actuation you can feel and hear” according to Logitech.

The Tactile switch option gives discernable actuation for gamers who want direct feedback and the Linear key switch gives a smooth keystroke. Logitech says that the new GX Blue key switch will also be offered on the G513 gaming keyboard.

Other cool features of the G512 include LIGHTSYNC tech that has animation effects that are customizable over 16.8 million colors with four lighting zones. The aluminum top case is made from anodized and brushed aircraft-grade 5052 aluminum. The G512 keyboard with any of the three switch options will land in June at $99.99 and the G513 with the GX Blue switch will launch this month as well for $149.99.
