Lenovo Announces Legion Gaming Laptops

On January 3rd Lenovo released a youtube video with some (if not all) of the products they will be announcing this week at CES 2017 in Las Vegas, NV. Amongst the products there were a number of phones, phone accessories, tablets, as well as the Lenovo Legion gaming laptops. Lenovo’s Legion will be Lenovo’s line of gaming gear (such as Asus’ ROG) and the laptops announced are two 15.6 inch laptops: The Lenovo Legion Y720 and Y520.

Lenovo’s Legion Y720 and Y520 will both run with Intel’s 7th generation processors. The Y520 will run on a basic 1080p, the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, a Thunderbolt 3 port, and the keys will have red backlighting. The higher end Legion Y720 will run with Intel’s quad core i7-7700HQ with RGB keyboard backlighting, the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060, as well as offer the option of a 4k display.

Legion 720 (starting at $1,399 USD and will release in April)
