Kingston HyperX T1 3GB & 6GB 2000MHz DDR3 Memory ReviewMon, Feb 16, 2009 - 12:00 AM
A Closer Look
In the photo above you can get a great idea of how the T1 heatspreaders go on the memory, and just how tall they are! If you look closely you can see that Kingston is using the JEDEC RC/A0.72 PCB for these kits, the same PCB as the last 2000MHz kit we looked at.
Here, we have our HyperX T1 3GB 2000MHz kit. Primary timings at that speed are 9-9-9-27.
This is our HyperX T1 6GB 2000MHz kit. Primary timings at 2000MHz are an impressive 8-8-8-25.
Obviously, triple channel kits are designed with Core i7 in mind. Operating at just 1.65v, the speeds and timings are very impressive. 9GB of DDR3 2000MHz ready to be cranked to the max!
