Intel chipset shortage extends to 945G

Digitimes are reporting that Intel are experiencing shortages with their 915 chipsets and now the 945G chipset. Good news mayby on the horizon as Intel earlier announced plans to invest more money in two of their exsisting manufacturing sites in the US to increase production capacity.

Intel?s chipset shortage has extended from its entry-level PCI Express (PCIe) 915 series to the high-end 945G line, according to motherboard makers.
