For Honor Season Three Grunge and Glory Launches August 15

By

“For Honor” gamers have something to look forward to on August 15. On that date, the third season of “For Honor” will kick off and it is called “Grunge and Glory.” Season three brings a pair of new fighters to the game including the Gladiator and Highlander. Gamers will get to wage war with sharp objects on two new maps and check out some other cool new features reports PCGamer.

Those features include 1v1 duel tournaments and a number of other tweaks and updates have been applied. The Gladiator character is a Knight Assassin playing with a shield and trident. They have little in the way of armor, but are able to punch an opponent to create some space between them and set up attacks and stuns.

The Gladiator also has a larger stamina meter than other classes and a reduced cooldown time. Vikings supporters get the Highlander character that is a hybrid and can act as offensive or defensive in a battle. They fight with a giant sword, the longest and heaviest in the game, called the Claymore.

New maps include Sentinel and Viking Village, both are set in ruined castles. The new season shortens early-game progression to help new players gain better gear more quickly. Max hero reputation is increased to 40 allowing more customization options. The 1v1 player battles will be expanded with 4v4 ranked moes later this year. “For Honor” needs more players, reports indicate that concurrent users are down to just over 3,000.
