Halo Arcade Game Fireteam Raven Looks Epic

When you think of Halo games we automatically think about the Xbox and playing on the small screen at home. A new Halo game has been announced, but this one isn’t for the home it’s a giant arcade game that looks incredibly cool. The game is from Microsoft and 343 Industries and was unveiled yesterday.

Halo: Fireteam Raven is a four-player cooperative arcade shooting game that puts players alongside Master Chief to stop the Covenant. The game has a giant 130-inch 4K screen and four turret-mounted, multipurpose guns. It is set in the same timeframe as the 2001 classic Halo: Combat Evolved reports Mashable.

Players play on Alpha Halo where you fought to kill Covenant and stop them from getting the Halo superweapon. You also fight the Flood infestation. Like many modern arcade games, you can compete against your friends for a high score and a scannable QRC code will connect your game progress and stats to your Halo Waypoint account.

The game will find its way into select Dave & Busters locations in the US and Canada this summer with more locations getting the game this fall. It’ll probably cost lots per play at Dave & Busters but the exact cost is unknown.
