The morning before the competition was rather interesting as some overclockers were hanging out and others appeared nervous.
You also had a couple (rdrash) that were fighting jet lag and were hiding in the press room taking a quick cat nap before the competition.
Once all the gamers were woken up they had to draw for their system numbers. Chris ‘Gomeler’ Morrell drew number one, so he will be stationed at the position one for the entire championship. Once everyone drew a number, everyone entered the room and
the overclockers were given two hours to set up their hardware.
Once all the gamers had a number they were allowed to enter the competition and the mad dash to get their system setup began.
Gigabyte did make them take a quick break though and pose for a group photo with the sponsors. The sponsors of the event other than Gigabyte were Intel, Kingston, Thermaltake, iBuyPower and Cyber Power.
