Today we are looking at the CS-Monolize case from Tagan. Everyone may know Tagan for their power supplies, now they expanding to the realm of enthusiast cases, and they went big. The Tagan Monolize features a pair of huge 250mm side blue LED Fan with control on the side door for some serious airflow!

Quote: "Some may look at the cooling package of the Tagan CS-Monolize and think that it is not very elegant, but more along the lines of brute force. Well sometimes a hit with a big hammer is what gets the job done, and Tagan brought a really big hammer. They stuck two fans pushing 150 CFM each in a case that only takes up 2.4 cubic feet of space. So getting fresh air into the case is not an issue..."

$300 Gaming CPU's: AMD 5000+ Versus Intel E6600

With AMD getting ready to slash prices we figured that now was a great time to jump the gun and take a look at gaming performance on two soon to be $300 processors. With enthusiasts and gamers waiting to see realistic gaming performance numbers we tested six games at resolutions of 1280x1024 and 1600x1200 to show you what's up.

Quote: "Our testing showed that when gaming at high resolutions the limiting factor is not the processor, but is actually the graphics card. This was shown to be true in three out of the six games that we benchmarked. We used the ATI Radeon X1900XTX graphics card, which is the fastest single card GPU on the market (not counting the NVIDIA 7950GX2) and comes priced at a healthy $499 so it's not like we put in a weak video card by any means. The reason we didn't run X1900 CrossFire is because how many people can really afford it to start with?"
