Blizzard/Twitch Partnership Means Free Golden Loot Box for Overwatch Players

Since Twitch is part of Amazon if you are an Amazon Prime member, you are a Twitch Prime member as well. You might not be into streaming your gaming session and perhaps you didn’t even know your amazon Prime membership means you are a Twitch Prime member as well. The good news for Amazon Prime members is that if you are an Overwatch player, you have some free loot crates coming.

Twitch/Amazon Prime members get a free Golden Loot box in Overwatch right now reports GameSpot. If you are new to Overwatch, the Golden Loot Boxes are guaranteed to have at least one Legendary item inside. To claim your free in-game loot, you to have to connect your Amazon Prime account to Twitch.

Once the accounts are connected, you will get a code you can redeem on the Blizzard website for free loot. Later this year Amazon/Twitch Prime members will get more free standard Loot Crates as well, five more standard crates come in August and then another five standard crates in October.

Prime subscribers will also get free Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm loot as well. Freebies for the former will come in August with the latter freebies landing in September. The free Loot Crates are part of the deal that sees Twitch become the exclusive third-party streaming platform for more than 20 Blizzard tournaments over the next two years.
