A Closer Look
Flipping the memory kit over we see that one side has a label on it.
Taking a closer look at the label we can see that the part number is KHX1600D3K3/3GX and that the modules were assembled in the United States without using any lead. The voltage that the kit needs to run at is 1.65V, which is also clearly printed on the label. The only things missing on the label are the memory timings.
The PCB that Kingston is using is based off a JEDEC design, which is clear as day since the edge of the PCB reads JEDEC RC/A0.72!
