The Test System
Before we look at the numbers, here is a brief glance at the test system that was used.

All testing was done on a fresh install of Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit. All benchmarks were completed on the desktop with no other software programs running. The ECS A780GM-A motherboard was tested with the latest BIOS available at the time, which was version 2008/03/11.
Memory Settings:
- Corsair XMS2 PC2-6400C4 800MHz @ 4-4-4-12 2T (DDR2)
