3DMark 06 is the worldwide standard in advanced 3D game performance benchmarking and the latest version in the popular 3DMark series! 3DMark06 tests include all new HDR/SM3.0 graphics tests, advanced SM2.0 graphics tests, AI and physics driven single and multiple cores or processor CPU tests and a collection of comprehensive feature tests to reliably measure next generation gaming performance today.

Benchmark Results: At the default resolution of 1280x1024 we notice some strange happenings with Triple-SLI scoring lower in SM2.0 tests. I repeated the test multiple times but was unable to come up with the reason for the low score. This clearly held back the total score from being much higher than the "standard" SLI score.

Benchmark Results: With the monitor resolution cranked up to 2560x1600 the test system we see pretty decent scaling with our three card system. It is clear however that the 2 card SLI setup offers the best "bang for the buck" in this testing.
