In interpreting the results on the boards, we see that the Dynamic Range and Noise Levels on the XFX 680i LT board does very well compared the other boards represented here. Since the greater the dBA the better, we can see that it out performs most of the boards here in the testing. The 650i Ultra board frm XFX does not fair as well though. We can also see that when it comes to the THD and IMD percentages, the 680i LT does very good compared to the other boards, since lower percentages mean better audio. Once again though, the 650 board produces only fair results. Any of the boards audio will probably be fine for most people, even for gaming and movies. But if you are a die hard audiophile, you will likely get an add-on card for the best sound that is available.
