CryTek - Crysis
Crysis - Legit Reviews an early build of Crysis
CryTek, developers of Far Cry, allowed Intel to run a demo the Cry Engine 2 under unknown system settings on a system on the show floor at IDF. The game is named Crysis and will be shipping, as the first DX10 enabled game, when Vista comes out in 2007. The demo I played we were told was from E3 and we never saw any of the IDF crowd playing on it during the show hours. To be honest I had to ask people that were talking in front of the machine to move so that I could play Crysis.

Once I started playing an Intel employee came over and told me that it was being run on with NVIDIA graphics and an Intel Core 2 Duo X6800 processor.

After a few seconds I could tell this playable demo was nothing to jump up and down over as the game was sluggish, had rendering bugs and had no ability to tweak the settings as an 'options' menu was not present.
