Far Cry
We ran the Regulator demo set to Ultra quality for this test.
Again we see the 7800GTX SLI leading all other solutions in the lower settings. Notice that the X1900 CrossFire is getting beat by even a single 7800GTX 512 at 1280x1024. We are no doubt limited by CPU power here but it seems there might also be a driver issue. At 1600x1200 the both new X1900's ahead of the GTX 512. CrossFire is still not performing as well as the SLI solution at 4x/8x but once again switching to 8x/16x HQ quickly changes that.
