The SteelSeries Siberia V2 Frost Blue USB powered headset is a beautiful headset designed with gamers in mind.  The headset is comfortable around the ears and blocks out a lot of the external noise allowing gamers to concentrate on the match at hand.  The sound is excellent and works well with the major communication programs such as Skype and Ventrilo.  The USB cord is long enough to plug into your keyboard or USB ports on the top of your computer.  For those that need longer cords, the USB extension cable adds an extra 6.5’ which is plenty long enough for any person.  The headset is made of quality materials, feels durable in your hands and comes with a one year limited warranty.

After using this headset for a several weeks, we now understand why the SteelSeries Siberia V2 headset is an award winning headset.  The 50mm drivers in the earcups allow a wider range of sound whether playing a game or just listening to music, which is the reason why this headset sounds so good.  The comfort is amazing and adjusts automatically to your head.  I was able to play Starcraft II and Diablo III for several hours without any problems that I normally encountered with my cheaper headset.  We love the ability to hide the microphone when not in use and pull it out when needed.

The Frost Blue LED lighting built into the earcups give the headset a cool futuristic look that gamers will really love.  Also the ability to configure the LED’s lighting and pulse patterns according to the user’s preference is another nice feature.  However, if we could change one thing on the Siberia V2 Frost Blue headset, it would be the mute button.  The mute button is a little stiff when muting and unmuting and a push to mute button would make the Siberia V2 model even better.  Other than that, this headset is awesome and since it retails on Amazon.com for only $113 is quite affordable.  I recommended this headset to my brother and he loves it so we are inclined to recommended the headset to our Legit Reviews readers!

Legit Bottom Line: If you’re looking for a headset with quality sound and excellent comfort look no further than the SteelSeries Siberia V2 Frost Blue USB powered headset.  With the addition of the Frost Blue LED’s, this headset has everything including a cool factor.
