Temperature Testing Results

With the system running at stock settings the Akasa Venom Voodoo cooled our Intel Core i7-3960X to 54*C under full load, 3 degrees behind the Noctua NH-D14. The fans on the Venom Voodoo are slightly louder than those on the Noctua NH-D14. With the system idling the Venom Voodoo cooled came in at 24.67*C.

Overclocking the system to 4.5GHz the Akasa Venom Voodoo came in at 71.83*C, this time 4 degrees behind Noctua NH-D14 at full load. The Venom Voodoo also was 3.3 degrees cooler than the Intel RTS2011LC water cooler. With the system idling the Venom Voodoo came in at 29.17*C.
