ASRock X79 Extreme9 Retail Packaging and Bundle
The retail packaging for the ASRock X79 Extreme9 is relatively nondescript, at least the front is. The front of the ASRock X79 Extreme9 packaging is limited to the product name and a couple of the technologies that go into the board. We have the logo for the ASRock XFast RAM, PCIe 3.0, Windows 7, processor support for second generation Intel Core i7 processors, and the Intel X79 Express chipset.
Opening up the front cover of the ASRock X79 Extreme9 retail packaging gives us our first look at the motherboard in all of its glory. We will take a much closer look at the ASRock X79 Extreme9 on our next page.
Taking a look at the inside of the ASRock X79 Extreme9 cover, we can catch a glimpse of some of the technologies that go into the ASRock X79 Extreme9. Features like Digi Power, 16+2 CPU power phase technology, Premium gold caps and a few others are highlighted here.
The back of the ASRock X79 Extreme9 shows us a layout of the motherboard and covers many of the ASRock special features.
The ASRock X79 Extreme9 is securely packed within the retail packaging. Within the box that contains the ASRock X79 the physical motherboard is completely surrounded in foam to protect it during shipping.
The retail bundle that accompanies the ASRock X79 Extreme9 has everything you will need to help fire the system up. It includes manuals, driver CD, I/O shield, front panel SuperSpeed USB 3.0 3.5" adapter, a pair of molex to SATA power adapters, six SATA cables, 3-way SLI bridge, SLI bridge, and the Game Blaster audio and LAN card.
