Unboxing the AMD Water Cooler

Since the cooler will not be available as a standalone part, but box with the processor, the front of the box has a nice image of the CPU with the FX logo on it.

On one side is a list of features for the water cooler and an image of the unit.

Opposite side is a list of features for the CPU.

On the back is a listing of what is in the box in multiple languages.

Opening up the box there is a tray with a thin sheet of foam for protecting the top of the tray.

Under the foam are the instructions, software disk, and cooling unit. Since AMD had already sent us our CPU couple days earlier there wasn’t one in with the cooler.

The pump housing comes wrapped in plastic.

The base is also protected with a cover.

All the little mounting parts are in baggies, inside a bigger bag.
