Battlefield Bad Company 2

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is the latest in a long line of Battlefield games and it is the first of the series to run on DX11, not only is this game fun to play... it looks amazing.

We ran BC2 with all of its graphics settings as high as they could go and we ran our tests on the map frozen from the start of the checkpoint until we reached the frozen lake bed. During this time we experienced snow drifts, combat and a good look at the sky.

Benchmark Results: This was another surprise for me as I thought the Diamond Radeon HD 6770 XOC Video Card was going to perform far worse than it actually did. I have to admit that during two of my runs the card actually did freeze up and I had to restart the system to get it going again. After getting my runs in for the article I tested this game at lower settings and I did not get any further freezing. Even at 1280 x 1024 I did not experience any of the freezing up issues, it was only at 1920 x 1080.
