GIGABYTE G1 Assassin Retail Packaging and Bundle
The retail packaging for the GIGABYTE G1 Assassin is anything but subtle! The flaming skull is going to stand out like a sore thumb on the shelves of your local shop. There is very little detail about the GIGABYTE G1 Assassin on the front of the retail package. There are a couple of key points like the Killer E2100, and the Creative X-Fi 20k2.
Unlike the front of the GIGABYTE G1 Assassin X58 motherboard, the back of the retail packaging is filled with marketing text and details about the GIGAGYTE G1 Assassin.
Opening up the GIGABYTE G1 Assassin we are presented with a second box all tricked out in camouflage. Nothing like building a little suspense!
Flipping open the camouflage box, we can catch our first glimpse of the GIGABYTE G1 Assassin X58 motherboard, within yet another box. At least we know that the GIGABYTE G1 Assassin is well armored for the battle of Fedex!
Removing the box containing the GIGABYTE G1 Assassin we are presented with the fourth and final box for the GIGABYTE G1 Assassin. This box contains the bundle and all of the accessories for the G1 Assassin.
The GIGABYTE G1 Assassin comes with everything that you will need to fire it up. There is a bridge for both NVIDIA SLI and Crossfire, as well as a bridge for 3-way SLI. GIGABYTE also included four SATA cables, two of which feature one end on a 90 degree angle. The rear I/O shield included with the GIGABYTE G1 Assassin features the G1-Killer logo and adds a little bit of flare the the typically bland back of the case. The 5.25"
Along with the manuals and driver disk, GIGABYTE also included some graphics, and a poster of the three G1 killers, Assassin, Sniper, and Guerrilla.
