A Closer Look at the Yasya

With the Yasya out of the box we can get a good look at the new Trident Multi Layer Fin Structure. There are 54 fins in differing profiles. This arrangement makes for one unique look.

The fin profile looks like it would cut you, but aside from the points the fins are not sharp.

Looking at the front of the cooler we can see the unparallel heat pipe arrangement.

The heatpipes are bare copper, and the base is nickel plated. The base has an additional heatsink on top of it. The base also has two notches on its sides to accommodate the tool-less mounting brackets.

The base has a very nice mirror finish.

The Yasya comes with a Slip Stream 120mm PWM Adjustable fan. The fan is a PWM with an additional fan controller to add more control over the fan speed. With the fan controller on low it will operate in a range of 470 RPM at 7.05 dBa and 23 CFM to 1,340 RPM at 27.3 dBa and 76.53 CFM. On the high setting it will operate in a range of 740 RPM at 9.8 dBa and 37.15 CFM to 1,900 RPM at 37 dBa and 110.31 CFM.
