PowerColor was also showing off the world's first graphics card which can support up to 12 monitors: the HD5870 Eyefinity 12. The HD5970 Eyefinity 12 features multi-display Eyefinity technology, enables up to twelve monitors to be operated from one card through its 12 mini displayport onboard design. This unique feature allows gamers to expand real estate and delivers incredible HD gaming. PowerColor said that these cards are built to order, meaning that they only produce them when there is an order for them! Now that is what we call a niche product, but also serving consumers!

Now that is what I call a ton of mini-DisplayPorts!  It is hard to imagine that all these are coming from just one graphics card! Actually, you can see that PowerColor has had to design a daughter board that connects to the back of the card in order to support this many connections!

With the daughter board removed you can see that PowerColor came up with a unique design that allows six of the the DisplayPort headers to be moved to the daughter board.

If 12 DisplayPort connections are a little much for you then you can always go with the PowerColor HD5770 Eyefinity 5. The HD5770 Eyefinity 5 enables up to 5 monitors to be operated from one card through its five mini DisplayPort onboard design. Gamers can easily make use of this unique feature and have different display configurations to enjoy a wider field of view and get more done at the same time.

As you can see PowerColor had a ton of interesting designs at Computex 2010 and we hope to get a chance to review some of them real soon!
