Final Thoughts & Conclusions

Thermaltake Armor A90 Air Flow Design

Overall, the Thermaltake Armor A90 is a great case. With an all black interior as well as exterior, it really is something to look at. The features just roll on from screwless drive bays (on the side you see. Screws are still needed on the back side), room for cable storage, three pre-installed fans, almost an inch and a half between the top of the motherboard and the top fan, two pairs of punchouts for your watercooling needs and plenty of drive bays too.

The only thing that I did not like about this case that requires more than a pair of scissors to fix is the lack of wire routing at the power supply as the Corsair TX750 has long cables, but the 8-pin ATX 12V+ is not long enough, so just have to find a 3/4" drill bit...

The Thermaltake Armor A90 is very attractive at its current retail price of $89.99 as it has all the features I would want in its price range. Heck, most cases under $100 aren't at all screwless, either. The Armor A90 has enough room to fit most CPU coolers (up to 163mm), has the option for a side fan blowing directly on your video card(s), it can fit the latest video cards such as the GeForce GTX 480 or Radeon HD 5870 (sadly not the HD 5970, but how many people pair a $700 video card with a $90 case anyway?) and again, this is one monster of a mid tower.

Legit Bottom Line: The Thermaltake Armor A90 is a very large, cool looking mid-tower chassis with all the features anyone could ask for, and for an amazing street price of $89.99 the choice to purchase is down to personal preference in aesthetics.
