Radeon HD 5450 Overclocking

To overclock the ATI Radeon HD 5450 512MB graphics card, we went to use
the ATI
Overdrive utility that is part of the CATALYST Control Center, but couldn't find it. There is no possible way to 'unlock' the ATI Overdrive setting in order to manually set the clock and memory
settings or run the 'auto-tune' utility set the frequencies for you since they aren't there! We contacted ATI asking what happened to the overclocking features in CCC and they responded with this:
We're leaving whether or not to enable overdrive/overclocking to our board partners. If they would like to enable OD they can but the samples we sent out don't have that enabled. - ATI PR
Not being able to overclock a graphics card is a slight let down, but overclocking won't impact the scores too greatly.
