Capacity and Windows 7
When it comes to storage capacity, the Kingston SSDNow V+ Series 128GB SSD has a free capacity of 119GB as shown above.
Just for fun we installed the drive into an HP DV4-1555dx notebook that we bought at Best Buy and used the bundle kit to move the Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit install from the hard drive that came with the notebook to the Kingston SNV325-S2/128GB V+ Series SSD. We then ran the Windows 7 Experience Index to test the key system components and found that the primary hard disk score was a very impressive 7.0! The highest possible score in the Windows Experience Index is 7.9, so this is a pretty solid good sub score! The SNV325-S2/128GB drive works great on the HP DV4-1555dx notebook and the notebook feels like it has more pep to it now.
