RAID5 64kb Results
The 64kb RAID5 results are similar to the 64kb RAID0 results except for ICH10R dropping considerably in the sequential read test. The LSI 9260-8i performs competitively in all but the random read test where it drops even further than its RAID0 performance.
The 64kb RAID5 HDD results are similar to the SSD results in that the LSI 9260-8i performs slightly less effectively than the Adaptec 5805 in most tests. This was the same pattern in the 64kb RAID0 HDD tests but the LSI followed the Adaptec a bit closer in the random writes.
