The Test System

All testing was done on a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit with all the latest updates installed. All benchmarks were completed on the desktop with no other software programs running, aside from the newest version of Game Booster to cut back on the needless processes that Windows 7 provides for regular end-users. SUPER * TALENT ProjectX DDR3 Memory Modules were run at 1066MHz in dual channel mode with pretty loose timings of 9-9-9-24 as they are new and I've not had the time to get them to run at high performance settings. The NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards were benchmarked with Forceware 195.62 drivers; the ATI Radeon HD graphics cards were tested with 9.11 CATALYST drivers. The Intel DX38BT was run using the latest BIOS version 1023.1057 from late October of 2009, with the Processor running at stock settings.
