Furmark v1.7.0
FurMark is a very intensive OpenGL benchmark that uses fur rendering
algorithms to measure the performance of the graphics card. Fur
rendering is especially adapted to overheat the GPU and that's why
FurMark is also a perfect stability and stress test tool (also called
GPU burner) for the graphics card.

Testing was run at 1440 x 900 Resolution in benchmark mode, with no AA, because AA is less stressful in this application.

In Furmark v1.7.0, the 9600 GSO continues to show that a newer manufacturing process doesn't always translate to better performance. However, you have to keep in mind the AXLE GT 240 runs at a lower GPU clock speed as well as significantly lower Shader clock speed.
