Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Launched Globally November 22

Fans looking for the next Nintendo mobile game will be able to get hands on one on November 22. The game is Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp and it will land on that date for iOS and Android devices. The launch of the game will mark the third time that Nintendo has brought one of its properties to the smartphone realm.

Previously Nintendo launched Super Mario Run and Fire Emblem Heroes. Animal Crossing will be free-to-play and if you have ever played one of the full Animal Crossing games, you pretty much know what you are getting into. The game will have payers filling up a camp with cute animal residents.

As with Super Mario Run, there will be in-game purchases that will support the game. In this instance, players will be able to buy Leaf Tickets that allow you to purchase items in-game.

That in-game currency can be used to speed up construction. It’s not clear at this point if any portion of the game will require a purchase to continue. Super Mario Run only gave players a certain number of levels before they had to buy the game. Animal Crossing launched in Australia last month reports Engadget.
