We’ve been hearing about NVIDIA G-Sync supporting 4K 144hz monitors for for over a year, but we can finally see that the wait is over. Newegg has listed the Acer Predator X27 27″ display for pre-order! This 27-inch 4K 144Hz HDR G-Sync display runs $1999.99 and should be shipping on June 1st, 2018. All NVIDIA G-Sync supporting 4K HDR displays must have a peak brightness of 1000 nits for a proper HDR experience and this monitor is rated at exactly that for peak brightness.

The $2,000 price tag is going to limit those that can purchase this display, but they are beautiful to see in person. Acer claims that the Predator X27 can reproduce 99% of the Adobe RGB color space. Think about a glorious 3840×2160 IPS LCD panel with a 144 Hz refresh rate, a brightness of 1000 cd/msupport for NVIDIA G-Sync HDR. Once NVIDIA rolls out the upcoming GeForce GTX 1100 series of graphics cards with the Turing GPU, powering one of these beasts should be easy!

Legit Reviews was first shown a G-Sync HDR display at CES 2017 and the tech was most impressive. There have been a few delays, but 4K HDR G-Sync displays are finally here. Here would be the US region as we are unsure about worldwide availability.
